Resto: Mito

Pizzas and cocktails, that is the concept at MiTo, which will take you on a journey between Milan and Turin (Torino).

The interior is eclectic, but works, and there is an imposing terrasse with a view. There are ten pizzas on the menu, plus some specials. We had a fresh and original springtime creation with stracciatella pugliese, fior di latte, yellow tomatoes, a pistachio pesto, fresh basil, and black pepper. The base was very light and (rightly) slightly charred in places, except in the centre, where the dough was a little too soft.

Our cocktail, the MiTo Gentile (€10), was a delightful mix of Campari, red vermouth, and Frangelico. No question, we’ll be back.
