Fouad Laroui was born in Morocco, studied in France and lives in the Netherlands, where he is teacher of French literature at the University of Amsterdam. But he's now staying in Brussels for one month at the invitation of Passa Porta. He'll write a novel here that has a Brussels-Morrocan woman as its main character.
