There are more subtle ways of drawing intrigued glances and stares on Place m’as-tu vu than Borat does, (barely) covered by a fluorescent green mankini and looking for “sexy time”.
The exhibition “Look at me baby, I’m yours!” – which is fittingly being held in the Penthouse Art Residency – is all about precisely those strategies, movements, and sounds that we produce to attract other people’s attention.
Come and feast your eyes on a subtle and gaudy, shy, and riotous mix of videos, photographs, and installations by artists Aurélie Bayad, Aurore Dal Mas, Marijke De Roover, Julie Favreau, Jean-Samuel N’Sengi, Calvin Trezise, and Stef Van Looveren.
