Refugees Got Talent
Refugees Got Talent is a Brussels-based initiative promoting the work of refugee artists in Belgium. It was founded by Belgians Sophie Querton, Julie Artus and Aurelie Beer and Iraqi English teachers Falah Mustafa and Ahmed Fawaz. It provides refugees with an outlet to demonstrate their artistic skills and abilities. It also forges relationships and interaction between refugees from different countries as well as with the local artistic community in Brussels. To find out more Owen Stafford spoke with one of the founders Sophie Querton.

Smaak: 120 recipes from European cooking history
Through painstaking research, scholarship and cooking, historian Annelies Van Wittenberghe presents us with her favorite 120 delicious recipes from 4,000 years of European cooking. This is a cookbook (all the recipes were kitchen tested by the author) but it's also a history of the major changes in European cooking from Roman simplicity and Burgundian artifice to the new foods of the Age of Discovery. Surprisingly, there are also some things that have not changed. And we find out about the perils of trying to recreate a mythic Roman dish.
