Freeletics Brussels: free workouts in Parc Cinquantenaire
Started off as a German start-up in 2013, Freeletics is a body weight only training programme and a smartphone app. It consists of tailored workouts given by a virtual coach and a feed where users can follow and give each other a ‘clap clap’ for completed workouts. In a few years, the concept has become a global fitness movement followed by people forming a strong community. Common workouts are organised in a number of cities around the world, Brussels being no exception. In fact, the city is particularly active with a training scheduled every Sunday afternoon - all on a voluntary basis.

Le M.U.R.
The M.U.R. [Modular, Urban and Reactive] is a concept created by the French association of the same name. It consists in "transforming a billboard into a kind of open air museum. The objective is to shatter the symbolic barriers that separate the public from art." During the vernissage of the piece by Belgian artist Defo Dalbino (a new artist does a piece each month over the work of the previous artist) Noémie Tant of the nonprofit Costik spoke to us about the project. This Wednesday 5 April at 17.00 the latest mural (this one by Eyes-B) will be inaugurated with a special dance performance by Liadain Herriott. All the different works produced so far are on display on the website. Southern wall of the Parking 58.

Leo Not Happy
Could you help make Brussels a cleaner place? Leo Not Happy need volunteers for a big clean-up on 22 April. The group's founder, Adel, explains more.
