Indonesian food extravaganza at Callens Café
The Rites of our Ancestors is an Indonesian food tour to five European cities which will make its Brussels' stop at Callens Café. As there are very few Indonesian food possibilities in Brussels this is a great opportunity to discover this culinary heritage in all its variations. Three of Indonesia's most talented young chefs will be creating and cooking this introduction to the rites of their ancestors. We hear from two of the chefs and from Indonesian Ambassador to Belgium His Excellency Yuri Octavian Thamrin, who reminds us that as far as Indonesians are concerned "Love comes from the stomach."

Europe in Brussels: Poland
Poland's Constitution Day was on 3 May. Two of the 70,000 Poles in Belgium tell us about the tradition and how to find a slice of Polish culture in the city.

Scott Capurro
Scott Capurro, who made his film debut as Aunt Jack in Mrs Doubtfire, returns to Brussels for a stand-up gig at the Black Sheep on 16 May. A gay American comedian now living in Britain, he reflects on the EU referendum vote, playing to different audiences, and memories of working with the late Robin Williams.
