Photographer Maria Vastola and painter Gennaro Scarpetta love bringing people together. In a village-like neighbourhood, they have created a delightful space, decorated with second-hand furniture.
Le Hic is a studio cum co-working cafe, where you don’t notice the time pass. We love the excellent coffee (€2), craft beers (e.g. Brasserie Dupont and Brasserie L’Ermitage, from €2.50 to €4.50) – and Italian wines (€4 to €8 a glass).
There are also snacks which change from day to day (home-made cakes, bruschetta, meatballs, etc.), a bookshop, little concerts, exhibitions, film screenings, and a picnic-style brunch on the last Sunday of every month.
