A mysterious man sits in an anonymous little café listening while one person after another comes to tell him about their deepest desires.
The man can make them come true, but in exchange he asked his clients to do terrible things. The stories are well-chosen, they are told with verve, and they make you think about how far you would go to make your dreams come true. The script is also entertaining. The problem is that you could sit through this Italian Faust variation with your eyes closed and not miss much.
