Meet English author Alan Hollinghurst at Bozar

“The book of a master.” “His finest novel yet.” The Guardian spared no superlative last month in its review of the long-awaited sixth novel by English author Alan Hollinghurst.

Hollinghurst has been a respected voice since he debuted in 1988 with The Swimming-Pool Library, and especially since he won the Man Booker Prize for The Line of Beauty (2004). Hollinghurst is coming to Bozar to present his latest book The Sparsholt Affair. He will discuss this multi-generational novel about the gay scene, art, family life, and the events between the Oxford of the Second World War and London in 2012.
