In July and August, clubs take it a little easier and most party concepts put their activities on hold. Nevertheless, there are still a few interesting spots in Brussels where you can have an unabashed bash over the summer. First up: Familietrek!
Familietrek is brand-new and still a bit mysterious. If you don’t like the big crowds, you’ll love this cosy loft that holds a maximum of 200 people. A fine selection of Brussels-based DJs play wonderful funk, disco, and house. Perhaps this will become Brussels’s counterpart to the legendary Loft parties in 1970s New York.
