Le Dillens is café and bar which is very well-known in Saint-Gilles. Besides international customers it's had its own clientele for ages. New owners took over the old Dillens that was more traditional and classical and made it more modern and funky. Today it's not only a bar but also a bistro where you can eat everything from local producers. Lots of people come to have meetings there and to work as well.
