Studio Plastique: 'Designers have a responsibility within a larger ecosystem'

Archibald Godts and Theresa Bastek are two designers who founded Studio Plastique because they are increasingly aware of their social responsibility beyond design. "When you create an object, what consequences does it have in terms of employment, resources, afterlife, recycling, etcetera? We are collecting big amounts of waste materials and look at them as potential resources. How could we make stuff out of them?"
