Giacomo Profili discovered yoga at 17, but wishes he had started practising it much earlier. So he decided to become a yoga teacher for children as young as three years old. "Today the theme was circus. So we jumped on our bikes and pretended we were going to the circus. And then we pretended to meet all kinds of acrobats, clowns and animals. In this way, I introduced yoga poses and attention to breathing."
