Film: L'Amant double

There are references to Hitchcock, De Palma, and Cronenberg, but the new Ozon is as Ozon as an Ozon can be: provocative and mischievous, but also tasteful and stylish.

A fragile young woman (Marine Vacth) with inexplicable stomach cramps starts a relationship with her psychoanalyst (Jérémie Renier) and later also with his secret, possibly evil doppelganger. The French director has indulged himself stylistically in this chilling, erotic thriller, and pushes his viewers into the active role of voyeurs.
