the Red Cross wants to provide 300 beds besides the 600 free beds provided by SamuSocial. SamuSocial is responsible for the first line winter organisation. The SamuSocial will open two additional centers this winter for a capacity of 600 beds. The front-line shelter is funded by the Brussels Region. The second line is funded by the Federal for an extra 300 beds.
