Harry Potter: hit me with your magic wand

Why is Harry Potter so famous? Young readers who are now devouring the books by British author J.K. Rowling are probably wondering. It is almost ten years since Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the last book in the series, was published. The film adaptation has also come and gone. But the Potter madness has not subsided.

The theatre play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child opens in London on 30 July. And Brussels is welcoming the travelling exhibition "Harry Potter: The Exhibition". For the whole summer, Brussels Expo's Paleis/Palais 2 will be transformed into a world where wizards, house elves, and giants will feel at home. You can wander around sensational scenery that is based on the film sets, play Harry Potter's favourite sport Quidditch, or brew your own magic potion. Have you always wanted to know what it feels like to be a wizard? "Let us step out into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure."
