'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness': a spiced-up Marvel?

It is not only many Marvel fans who are looking forward to Doctor Strange's second film, the powerdog with magical powers played by Benedict Cumberbatch and who is the reason for the many Spider-Men in the movie hit of the past two years: No Way Home.

That is because it is directed by Sam Raimi who, the first decade of this century, made the superhero film the dominant genre with a lucrative Spider-Man trilogy. In the 1980s, he caused a furore in the horror genre with the Evil Dead trilogy. If anyone can finally spice up Marvel, it's him.
