The VK has always had a penchant for reggae, and that hasn’t changed at its new (temporary) location in Molenbeek. This week, they are inviting the Jamaican-born, Seattle-based artist Clinton Fearon, who in the 1970s was a member of the roots reggae band The Toasters and now makes music with, among others, the drum icon Sly Dunbar.

“How long must we wait for the change to come?” the 68-year-old singer asks on his new album History Say, on which he gets worked up about certain subjects that are crudely blustering their way through world history – yes, Donald, we’re talking about you.
