Of all music genres, hip hop has the biggest global presence. Groovalicious focuses on beats and rappers with a documentary and dance workshops. But theory will also be linked to practice with the Austrian DJ d.b.h. He has a soft spot for the classics, but he also plays funk, soul, and bass music. You’ll know the Brussels-Ghent connection of Fatoosan and MikiGold from the SupAfly Collective. They will also be bringing a great selection for this Groovalicious.

The Brussels-based global bass label is coming to the Beursschouwburg and is bringing its most prominent artists. The Harissa EP by the Aalst-based Jabo was a big international hit. In the meantime, the young man has lustily continued to build his career. We also can’t wait for the Souktronics release by Gan Gah. The Brussels-based Moroccan is inspired by his roots and combines them with commanding beats. Go go global grooves! Also featuring DJ Mellow, Mr Orange, and Max le Daron.

Future R&B, trap, hip-hop beats, grime… Are you following? If not, grab your Urban Dictionary and head to Heartbroken, a party concept that does welcome sensitive souls. This is the first time American Suicideyear and the Brit Sega Bodega have performed in Belgium. The Brussels-based Frenchman Bulma, Neverland (a collaboration between Ssaliva and Munix), and H4BKN Team will help to make this party intense.
