Travel back in time

In only five years, the Radio Modern crew have made the now well-known party concept one of the most popular of its kind. One of the reasons is that at Radio Modern, you are literally immersed in the Forties, Fifties, and Sixties from the top of your head to the tips of your toes – in a way that you have never experienced before. In Antwerp and Ghent, the festivities were an immediate success, but in Brussels it took a while to get settled. They have now found a fixed spot at La Tentation, the beautiful hall of Centro Galego de Bruxelas in the city centre. Slick Nick and the Casino Special will undoubtedly steal the show. The swing band led by singer and master entertainer Slick Nick won’t let you leave the dance floor for a second. With two sax players, a double bass player, and a rock ’n roll guitarist to boot, they will whisk you off your feet with their irresistible groove. You can practice beforehand with lindy hop duo Apollo Swing and afterwards just stay where you are, on the dance floor, with DJ Big Ben. If it’s not your first time to Radio Modern, you will know that you can touch up your make-up in the Beauty Boudoir of the Modernettes and then be immortalised on the Fifties Photo Corner. If you love to travel back in time, don’t miss this!
