Funky FRoNTAL
Hip-hop crew Stikstof is omnipresent in the capital. Their base of operations, which has the same name as their radio show, FRoNTAL, is now also the backdrop for a funky party at Kumiko. DJs Vega and Proceed will man the turntables along with Rrita for a big serving of classics, old skool R&B, and funky vibez.
> Kumiko. 01/04, 22.00, Brussels
Blond:Ish
It did not take Blond:Ish long to win a faithful following among the club crowd with a handful of releases. The Canadian DJ duo has even made it onto European labels like Kompakt and Get Physical, and plays around the world in clubs that are worshipped by night-revellers. In Brussels they will be accompanied by Lexx On, the inspiration behind the Sunday evening party’s at Spirito.
> Stereo. 01/04, 23.00, Brussels
David Guetta B2B Bob Sinclar
It was about time. The music café Bonnefooi is changing gears and will be exploring the dance universe from now on. They’ve had enough of alternative world-electro-disco-funk grooves. Welcome to the torpedo of climaxes and drops of which the popular dance genre has so many. To celebrate the change of course, they are inviting the leaders of the pack: David Guetta and Bob Sinclar. And the party happens to be scheduled for 1 April.
