Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah tell the story of four young Moroccans in Antwerp who become very successful drug dealers but get into trouble with corrupt cops and dangerous drug barons.
El Arbi and Fallah are not known for presenting a credible story or characters. Some of the jokes miss their mark and the constant switching between gangster comedy and drama sometimes feels a little schizophrenic.
But El Arbi and Fallah shroud these defects in stylistic bravura and the urge to make every second entertaining.
