'Stability of the footbridge above the Stokkelsesteenweg compromised'

In Woluwe, a footbridge over the Stokkelsesteenweg is making feelings run high. Mayor Maingain burgomaster has ordered Brussels Environment to raze down the structure within 48 hours. Meanwhile, Brussels Environment says there are no stability problems whatsoever. Repair works within two weeks should suffice and keep everyone safe from harm.
