Clean-up service catches commuter littering: 'trash bags are more expensive in the periphery'

A man from Roosdaal, in Vlaams Brabant must pay an 18.000-euro fine for dropping his trash bags illegally in Schaarbeek. He was caught after local residents complained to the police. The town set up a camera and caught him in the act.
