Local residents recount the floods: 'The water was 30 to 40 centimeters high'

After Tuesday's bad weather, people are busy cleaning up the most-hits areas of Brussel. In no time, underground parking garages, basements and tunnels were flooded. Both Woluwes were hardest hit. In some neighborhoods, the firemen were still working this morning, trying to pump water out of flooded basements.
