Former Air Force officer Lionel Gabriël spends most of his free time in the plane hangar of the Army Museum. He's especially fascinated by the triplane of one of aviation's pioneers, César Battaille, whose first flight took place on August 16th, 1911. Battaille's plane is made of wood and fabric.
