Two policemen have been seriously injured on Wednesday. They were attacked by a man with a knife at the crossroads of the Britsierlaan and the Lambermontlaan. A third agent, who came to their help, suffered a broken nose. The attacker is a former servicemen who was in contact with fighters in Syria. The public prosecutor's office says it may have been a terrorist attack. The attacker's home has been searched, but no weapons or explosives were found.
