Brussels company developed an alternative to concrete blocks against terror attacks

For organizers of big events, cities, municipalities and security services, the use of trucks in terror attacks has turned into a nightmare. To ensure the safety of pedestrians, they often use concrete blocks, like in the pedestrian zone for example. But a Brussels-based company has developed an alternative. They're special steel barriers marketed under the name F11.
