'Binders full of women' is a catch phrase used by Mitt Romney during the second US presidential debate in 2012 to refer to pay equality. The phrase has since been adopted by a team of female professionals in Brussels whose Brussels Binder initiative hopes to see more expert women speaking on panels and leading conferences.
