Based in Brussels, WARØ is a duo and a mixture of a beatmaker and a painter, both with African origins. Our union was born from the love and passion for high school music.
Passionate about underground music, we started with Drum and Bass through Hip-hop and Techno. Finally after years of experimentation we have recently focused on Hardgroove, a style still young but which convinced us by its musical subtlety and dynamism. We do not hesitate to mix this with other styles we like like Afro music, 2-Step UK, Baile Funk & DnB.
Today what we share in Brussels comes from the musical artists who have influenced us the most, all styles combined. Thanks to our total immersion in these environments and our completely unexpected cultural mix, we are now about to share our know-how so that the underground is better understood and more accessible.
