Later this year, on Sunday 13 October, we all get to go to the polls again. But non-Belgians must register by July 31 at the latest. "You should know that the local level, the municipality, does a lot in Belgium. Probably much more than in your home country. So make your voice heard. As an EU citizen, you can vote in any case. As a non-EU citizen, you can vote if you have lived here for five years."
