The Instituto Cervantes is a worldwide NGO founded in 1991 by the Spanish government. The Brussels branch is located on Avenue Louise and provides language classes at every level. But it also houses a public library with some 30,000 books. "We have a lot of fiction books, but also films and educational material for learning Spanish."
