Louizalaan cellars listed: 'That's where I learned about the cruelty of the Nazis'

The cellars of 2 buildings have been added to the Monuments list. Nazis held people there during the Second world war. Hundreds of graffiti in the cellars prove it. The City has now decided to protect these cellars as heritage. The current owners aren't pleased.
