Barack Obama is in Brussels. Not to meet the Brusselaars but for a quick diplomatic visit. The president won't stay in Brussels for more than 24 hours but at times it seemed like half the city was under siege. With dozens of American secret agents and hundreds of Brussels police officers, cops ruled the town today. There were no major incidents.
