Brusselaar Steven Vanackere is not ruling out that he would become the new Flemish minister for Brussels, should CD&V join the Flemish government. Vanackere took the 3rd position on CD&V's European list but just failed to win a seat. But his 151,000 votes do give him a degree of legitimacy. That's what he told Actua-TV.
