Probable terror threat: 'Brusselaars seem unfazed by the whole thing'

Brusselaars don't less safe now that Belgium is sending war planes to Irak to fight terrorist organisation IS. They don't think that the capital will be anymore at risk than last month.The threat level has not been raised, but it could always change in the coming days.
