3 organisations, de Fietsersbond, Gracq and Critical Mass, carried out what they call a loud cycling action on Franklin Rooseveltlaan. They did so to protest against Brussels City and particularly Alderman Alain Courtois, who's opposed to the extensionn of the cycling path on that avenue.
