Scottish art historian Blythe Bolton moved to Brussels two years ago to run the Affordable Art Fair. According to many people she meets, it's the best job in the world. "The idea of affordable is subjective, but most of the works here sell for between 1000 and 2000 euros. The idea is for people to discover the joy of collecting art at whatever price point they're at."
