To celebrate the Carnival of Oruro, more than 100 dancers marched through the streets of Brussels. Manneken Pis wore the costume of the Bolivian Diablada, the traditional South American dance of the devil. "We are a multinational country of very happy people. And here in Brussels, the Bolivian community, together with the embassy, has been organising this carnival parade for the 16th year."
