Ex-captain Arturo Incerti: 'For sailors, the sea is always calling'

BRUZZ International speaks with Arturo Incerti, the former captain of an Italian coastal patrol ship who participated in several Frontex missions in Spain, Italy and Greece. He now works as a policy officer for the European Commission. "There is one thing a captain cannot delegate: responsibility. For instance, if you must carry out a search and rescue operation at sea and save lives, the responsibility lies with you."
