Federica García Carrero: 'Nostalgia is increasingly seen as a positive thing'

Venezuelan Federica came to Belgium as an exchange student when she was 17. Now she talks about her master project: a magazine about the Venezuelan diaspora and the nostalgia they feel. "We are the largest non-war diaspora in the 21st century. Eight million people have left the country because of economic and political insecurity, and a lot of violence."
