Frédéric Vergez loves cooking with vegetables and has developed all sorts of activities around it. He works as a nutrition coach, but also teaches ayurvedic cooking and organises brunches and dinners. "I lived in Africa for a couple of years in my previous job. I was a librarian. And since Africa, I can't digest meat."
