This BRUZZ International is entirely dedicated to the Bulgarian community in Brussels. First we buy Bulgarian sheep's cheese and pink tomatoes at Savourez La Bulgarie in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. Then we discover the collection of Bulgarian literature at Bib Sofia in Schaerbeek. Finally, we meet two Brussels Bulgarians: EU journalist Georgi Gotev and entrepreneur Viktor Dimitrov.
