Born and raised in the Netherlands, Belle went to study in Malta when she was 17. Now she lives in Brussels and writes both for De Morgen and her own blog. "What I'm personally most passionate about is mental health and psychology. Also women's rights and women's issues. I used to write a lot about abortion in Malta, because it's completely illegal there."
