Film: Burning out

Burning Out is an excellent documentary that leads to compelling conclusions.

For example, we are burning out. The Belgian Jérôme Le Maire spent two years observing the employees of a surgical ward in a hospital in Paris. The spending cuts, streamlining, and mercantile management have catastrophic effects. But these problems do not only affect the hospital and healthcare generally, but so many other companies and even the whole system. It is time to do something about it. We are not robots.
