Juliana Santos Wahlgren is originally from Rio de Janeiro and has lived in Brussels since 2006. She is a single mother of two children. Through various organisations, she has been actively working against racism and poverty for years. "Sometimes you can work and still be poor. You can be educated and still be poor. Sometimes you have a house but not enough money to pay all the bills."
