For years, Café Whale has been a cross between an old brasserie and a place to be. The café is also located at the crossroads between Brussels-City and Molenbeek. Maybe that's why you see all kinds of people eating on the beautiful terrace. "We have the locals. At weekends, the tourists come. During the day, the children from the school next door come with their parents. And in the evening, we have a younger crowd. It's very mixed, very eclectic."
