Two years ago, three friends opened their own sandwich shop near Place Flagey. The standard sandwich is very simple: kofta - minced beef cooked on a lava rock grill - with lettuce, tomato, onion and some spices. "We also have a vegetarian plate with raw vegetables, homemade sauces and grilled courgette, aubergine and peppers. We also have homemade lentil soup. Everything is fresh every day."
