Le Nénuphar is one of the oldest Vietnamese restaurants in Brussels. Many years later, the same family opened restaurant Nénu. "Here at Nénu, the cuisine is modern Vietnamese. We look for strong flavours reminiscent of Vietnamese cuisine. With fermented and pickled products and lots of very specific spices. We dare more and leave the well-trodden paths."
