Le Voilier is a shop in the Châtelain district selling products from the Middle East, mainly Syria. Anas Idelbi, the shop's founder, came from Syria in the 1980s, married a Belgian woman and now works with his son Leys. He has a small factory in Belgium where he produces halva. "I would like everyone to taste our halva. It's a product that goes well with coffee or as a dessert. You can do a lot with halva and tahini."
